OAR Information Retrieval Library
Overview
The OAR information retrieval library is a simple to use library covering the basic algorithms and data structures in IR. It is implemented in C# and is currently under development and has a non-stable API. The library is being released under the gpl.
**Hopefully soon there will be some more material explaining the library.
